The challenge
Workforce foresighting needs a view across organisations, manufacturing capabilities and skills evidence. Teams need to explore how those things relate and where the gaps may be.
Our contribution
We built the WFH Datacube for capability mapping and map-and-gap analysis, alongside OrCa Explorer, a public portal for discovering organisations and capabilities by meaning.
What the work supports
Two complementary tools: a data platform for mapping capability and a public discovery portal. The work supports Innovate UK-funded workforce foresighting across UK manufacturing.
